Each Deco Haus gown is handcrafted by skilled artisans using techniques inspired by the golden age of Hollywood glamour.

Our gowns feature hand-applied beading, intricate embroidery, and carefully sourced fabrics including our signature illusion mesh, satin, and silk velvet.

Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in beading and texture are a natural hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship — no two gowns are exactly alike.

We take pride in every stitch, and we stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves our atelier.

How do you ship?

We proudly ship via the United States Post Office (USPS).  We ship Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Express Mail (1-2 days).  We're also happy to ship with your UPS or Fed-Ex account.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Please contact us if you have an urgent shipping need, as we can provide same-day shipping.

Do you accept international orders outside of the US?

Yes!  We ship worldwide. 

Will my order require a signature upon delivery?

Our Express Mail option requires a signature.  For this option, please
provide a work address or an address where a signature can be provided
during business hours.

Will there be a customs charge?

Many countries charge a customs fee on imported items.  Please note, this fee is not included in your shipping charge or order total.  Please contact your local government office for more information on rates and customs processing.

At The Deco Haus, we pride ourselves on offering a highly personal, concierge-level shopping experience. Our styling team is available to assist with selecting, purchasing, sizing, and styling our gowns and accessories to help you find the perfect piece for your occasion.

Due to the special-event nature of our garments, we do not accept returns for refunds.

However, we are happy to accept eligible items for an exchange or store credit when the item is returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and garment accessories included.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any stains, fragrance, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• Approved in advance with a Return Authorization number

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Because fit and sizing can vary by style, we strongly encourage customers to contact us before purchasing. Our stylists are happy to provide sizing guidance based on your measurements, event needs, and styling preferences.

A member of our styling team will reach out shortly with a Return Authorization number and exchange instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged with our team.

EXCHANGE CRITERIA:

We request that all items be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RA number. We will not accept packages without an RA number.

Gloves, jewelry, and slips are final sale.Final sale items cannot be returned.

Deco Haus silhouettes are designed with a modern sense of ease—fluid, effortless, and made to move with the body.

Our mesh gowns offer approximately two inches of natural stretch, allowing flexibility in fit. Select a smaller size for a closer silhouette or size up for a softer, more relaxed drape.
