The Bijou Tabard is a bold tribute to the graphic glamour of Art Deco design, hand-beaded with an Egyptian-inspired gemstone motif in luminous silver against a rich plum ground.
Cut in a classic tabard silhouette, Bijou is designed with a front and back panel joined by two side bands, allowing the piece to float easily over the body. The open sides create a fluid, modern line, while the ornate beadwork gives the piece a sharp, architectural quality.

Historically, beaded overlays were among the most versatile pieces in eveningwear — designed to be worn over slips, satin gowns, simple underdresses, or contrasting layers to create an entirely new look. In the 1920s and 1930s, this kind of sheer, embellished piece allowed a woman to transform the foundation garments already in her wardrobe into something striking for evening.

How do you ship?
We proudly ship via the United States Post Office (USPS). We ship Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Express Mail (1-2 days). We're also happy to ship with your UPS or Fed-Ex account.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Please contact us if you have an urgent shipping need, as we can provide same-day shipping.
Do you accept international orders outside of the US?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Will my order require a signature upon delivery?
Our Express Mail option requires a signature. For this option, please
provide a work address or an address where a signature can be provided
during business hours.
Will there be a customs charge?
Many countries charge a customs fee on imported items. Please note, this fee is not included in your shipping charge or order total. Please contact your local government office for more information on rates and customs processing.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns for an exchange/gift card if items have not been worn and have been returned in new condition (all tags and packaging). We request that all items be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Please contact us for a return authorization (RA) number within 3 days after receipt. We will not accept packages without an RA number.
Jewelry and headpieces are final sale.
Final sale items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds, as the nature of our product lends itself to special event use. As an alternative, there are many costume rental sites that feature our dresses if you are looking to wear the dress only once.
